For baby, the sense of closeness is enhanced, sounds are dampened, and the rocking movements recall the time spent in utero. Children easily settle down in a hammock, and newborns in particular feel secure when they are put to bed in the softness of the organic fabric. I found this out myself when I had my son. That’s why I have spent a lot of time developing an ergonomically correct and safe hammock that supports the development of a child’s spine.

*For safety reasons, Motor 2.0 is installed with a safety function that automatically stops the motor after 12 hours.

The baby hammock from Moonboon has been tested against the European safety standard EN1130.

There is no metal touching metal in the mount on our baby hammock, which eliminates the risk of metal splinters or metal dust.
